Check online for updates from microsoft update missing

I have a third Windows Server 2008 R2 which has no issues with the check. I have a series of servers, all of which talk to the WSUS fine, but two of my Server 2008R2's are unable to 'Check online for updates from Windows Update' and I am unable to determine the cause or solution.
